Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

• Monthly plan: billed each month.
• Annual plan: billed yearly, and may include a discount versus monthly (per the actual labels on the Pricing page).
• Free trial: announced separately where offered.
• Usage/credits: each plan includes asset counts and scan limits; details follow the Pricing page.

The features each plan provides match the labels on the Pricing page.

2. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions may renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• If a payment fails, it may be retried a number of times, or paid features may be restricted until payment succeeds.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle.
• Cancel via account settings, the Paddle billing portal, or the support email.

4. Plan Changes

• Upgrades may take effect immediately and the charge may be prorated for the remaining period.
• Downgrades generally take effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Price Changes

If prices change, the Company will give reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies from renewals occurring after that notice.

6. Taxes

Paddle, as Merchant of Record, may calculate and collect applicable taxes such as VAT or GST based on your location, reflected in the final charge.
